Our washable Coni Sporty High Waist knickers are perfect for incontinence and periods offering 4 layers of discreet, absorbent gusset. With a super high waist for comfort but with a VPL free scalloped edge.

For light leaks and the beginning and end of your period.

The Cream Coni knickers has a slightly thicker gusset than the black and can absorb between 10 - 15ml, the gusset is black.

Really comfortable, great fabric and no VPL!

Highly recommend

I have several different styles of BP3s and no longer use any disposable sanitary products during my period. I am so glad that the Coni’s are now available in a light colour, as these are great for wearing under light colour clothing and are especially good for the days running up to and towards the tail end of my period. They feel like totally normal knickers (better in fact - no VPL at all), but give me the added security that I’m covered if my period starts slightly early, and for light bleeding towards the end. Highly recommended!
