Our washable Sporty Hip Hugger knickers offer protection from all types of incontinence & periods. They have 4 layers of discreet gusset for extra security & protection from bladder leaks, periods, discharge & sweat. 

Sitting comfortably on the hips with a thicker waistband than the sporty knickers, the seam free scalloped design means visible lines are never an issue. They absolutely cannot be seen under the tightest of gym leggings.

For light to moderate leaks and the beginning and end of your period.

Absorbs up to 15 ml - 3 tampons

Body: 75% nylon, 25% elastane

Lining: 95% cotton, 5% elastane

Middle: 80% Polyester, 20% elastane

Highly recommend

These knickers feel and look just like non-period pants but with the added benefit of no VPL even underneath the tightest of gym leggings. I felt really secure wearing them on my medium flow days and have already placed another order because I was so happy with them.

Just what I need

I’m a lady who loves running but after 3 babies, even though I exercise my pelvic floor, I still suffer the embarrassment of little leaks while running. These knickers are perfect, no VPL and so comfortable. I highly recommend.
