Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return & refund for all items, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging unopened.

Please ensure that BP3 Incontinence underwear is tried on over your own underwear. Our products are intimate products and for hygiene purposes we are unable to accept returns of any products that have been worn.

BP3 Underwear does not cover the cost of return postage and we highly recommend you use a tracked postage service.

All products are checked before postage but if by some chance the product delivered is faulty please email us at sales@bp3underwear.com attaching a photo and quoting the order number. If the product is deemed to be faulty, we will refund and pay the postage costs.

The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method available by Royal Mail.

We aim to refund you as soon as possible. Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you.
